Return and exchange details:

Due to the personalization of the items from this shop, all sales are final and nonrefundable, no exceptions unless a mistake is made by the shop owner. Refunds and replacements will not be issued if the initials/monogram you provided do not match "traditional monogram order" as we do not rearrange if 3 letter monogram is given. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact the shop owner within 2 business days of receiving your item.

Information for personalized orders must be provided at time purchase. If information is not given, the shop owner will contact you to retrieve missing information. If we do not receive a response within 14 business days, your order will be refunded and canceled.

Please be aware that some letters of monograms do not appear as they would if traditionally written. For example: the letter "D" is backwards if it is placed at the beginning of a monogram for the first name of the individual. We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to dislike of the monogram font.

We are not responsible for application errors and will not send replacements due to problems that may be occurred in application. Decals do not stick to all surfaces but we provide detailed instructions and would be more than happy to provide any tips or tricks for application when we are able to do so if contacted. Outdoor adhesive vinyl is meant for nonporous surfaces such as glass, cars, or any hard surface but will not stick to fabric, silicone, or any breathable surface.

We love custom orders for your business, school, ect. and please feel free to contact the shop owner and we will be more than happy to work with you on creating something unique to you that fits exactly what you imagine.

Please include your initials for monograms or any personalized information at the time of purchase and in the correct first last middle order in addition to your full name for verification. If no full name is given or any additional information with the initials, the decal will be created with the monogram in the order sent to the shop. The shop owner is not responsible for replacement if initials are given in incorrect order at time of purchase.

Our decals are made of high quality outdoor grade vinyl made to withstand weather elements however, they are not intended to be placed in areas with continuous exposure to oils of skin such as a the back of cell phone or in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Placing the decals on a phone will breakdown the ink on the vinyl and cause the print to fade quickly and will not provide the same longevity they would if they were placed on a car. We do not provide replacements or refunds due to the print fading from the vinyl- we do have decals placed on a variety of places and are able to speak for the longevity of the print when handled properly.

With the nature of the inspired patterns we use, the prints will vary based on where the decal is cut on the vinyl and our vinyl may have seams or be mirrored in some places. We will not replace or refund any order due to dislike of pattern placement of the decal.

As a small business and handmade shop we do appreciate your business! We do at times offer coupons to thank customers for shopping small which is to be used on any purchases after the initial purchase is made. However, CGB reserves the right to refuse any coupon or discount codes on orders for any reason. When a loyalty code is used without any record of a previous order, we reserve the right to ask for the order number or original buyers name to verify that a previous purchase has been made. We do this as a way to thank our loyal customers and keep our costs down as much as possible and when these codes are abused, we will cancel an order if we see fit due to misuse of the code. Coupons cannot be combined and will not be added to an order after it has been placed.
