Shipping policy

Payment and shipping Policy: 

Information for personalized orders must be provided at time purchase. If information is not given, the shop owner will contact you to retrieve missing information. We will extend the shipping date out 14 business days from original ship date in order to retrieve missing information. If we do not receive a response within 14 business days, your order will be refunded and canceled. Should missing information be for a color choice and no response is provided after the initial extension of shipping date, shop owner will make a choice as to color in order to complete the order in a timely manner.

All items are shipped First Class with Tracking as standard shipping which can take anywhere from 3-14 days to arrive once it has been shipped. If the item is needed quicker (not produced quicker) please select the shipping speed you wish at checkout. Do NOT put "need by" date in the Note To Seller section, as we cannot guarantee a certain delivery dates or shipping dates if it falls within our current production times. If there is a need for quicker processing please reach out prior to placing your order.
***Please note that expedited shipping does not mean expedited processing!***

Orders will only be shipped to the address that is given upon the order being placed. If you need to change the address for whatever reason, we will ask that the order be canceled and placed again with the correct address. Address changes made through private messages or the notes of the order will not be honored.

Orders may take additional time once they are shipped due to the operations of the USPS. Tracking numbers for orders can be found on your purchases page on Etsy and in your email once your order has shipped. Please be patient and allow 2 weeks (14 business days) after shipping date to inquire about whereabouts of your item due to delays that may occur in transit. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur with in transit and do not refund or replace orders because they were delayed once in the hands of USPS.

In the event an order is returned or undeliverable the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of having the item reshipped.
